What is counseling?
Counseling is working with a client who feels uncomfortable, or dissatisfied with hers/his life at a given moment in time. Certain events in our lives can lead us to feeling of loss, unhappiness or feeling stuck. We simply do not know which way to go.

Through counseling sessions you learn to understand your own emotions, to let go and accept and finally to learn how to go further with your life.
Counseling can also help people who are struggling with different disturbing emotions such as feeling anxious, sad, angry, lost and sometimes simply feeling stuck, but who do not at first understand what is the cause of those emotions. It allows you to look closely at yourself in order to better understand your own behavior and thinking patterns.
